Refunding

I have completed my project successfully and got 5 star review too but I want to refund full amount because of some reasons, will it impact on my profile progress or jss?

If you completed & delivered the work in good faith with excellent client reviews...why would you want to provide a full refund???

If you give a full refund, the positive feedback won't count and the review will disappear from your profile page.
