I'm trying to refund a past client whose given my a bad review but since my upwork balance is low it wont allow me to do so. How can I add money to my balance to refund the client?

I saw your review, it was not a good one, I see why you want to refund to have it deleted. However, just because it is deleted, it doesn't mean your JSS will go back up as private feedback from the client is taken into account.
