Regain my "Rising Talent" badge

Hi everyone,

When I started on Upwork I got a "Rising Talent" badge. Did a few jobs and that was good. However, later on, I stopped using Upwork and in Nov '20 I got an email that was saying:

We temporarily paused your Rising Talent status on Upwork because you 
have not been active for the last 90 days.

Once you come back to Upwork and start submitting proposals again you will automatically be 
reentered into the Rising Talent program.

Now I started submitting my proposals, but there is no badge. Did I lose it forever?
