Regarding IP

I had two projects with 1 client. We had severe misunderstandings.

I cancelled the first project and I refunded the second one. No money were exchanged during that actions.

Can I use the stuff I did in my portfolio? He basically didn't pay a dime for any.

In my opinion, you can use them.

As nothing was paid, you still own them.

 Provided it was all your own work.

 

Both contracts will affect you JSS or already do so.

(my work projects) So I can use them, correct ?

In my opinion, you can use them.

As nothing was paid, you still own them.
