I had two projects with 1 client. We had severe misunderstandings.

I cancelled the first project and I refunded the second one. No money were exchanged during that actions.

Can I use the stuff I did in my portfolio? He basically didn't pay a dime for any.

 Provided it was all your own work.

Both contracts will affect you JSS or already do so.

As nothing was paid, you still own them.
