Regarding Top Rated Eligible Weeks for Top Rated Badge

Hi Upwork Team,

I have been maintaining a JSS of >90% for more than 16 weeks.

Two months ago, The Top rated Week column showed 16 of 16 eligible weeks. And then it started to decrease and stopped at 12. Although my JSS has constantly been 93-94% in these 2 months. My Top Rated Weeks column has been constant i.e. 12.

May I know, how it works?

Hi Apurv,

If you had a few weeks where your JSS dropped below 90%, it may take a few weeks for those ineligible weeks to drop off of the calculation. Note that you need to maintain 90% for eligible weeks to be added to the calculation while those ineligible weeks drop out of it.
