Regarding form16

I have received the email from upwork on 3rd of march with attachment containing form16 from 1st October 2021 to 31st December 2021. 

I also want the form16 from 1st january 2022 to 31st march 2022 to file income tax. How to get the same? 

Kindly guide me.
