Regarding submitting a proposal

Hello , I was submitting a proposal and when I have submit a proposal for first time my connects went 20 to 14 and there was a error message that we cant submit your application and then I have refresh the page and again submit and then connects goes down to 8 bt again there was a error message that we cant submit your application.
And after sometime I have found that my proposal is submitted but connects goes down. Please check why did this happened? And can you add my 6 connects

Hi Sudhir,

 

I checked this for you and everything seems fine on your profile. You have successfully submitted one Proposal and an adequate amount of Connects was deducted for it. 

 

There can be various reasons why the proposals weren't saved, such as the client closing the jobs or making it private. Unfortunately, unless the proposals are recorded on Proposals page or Connects History, we can't check or restore them. Feel free to submit new proposals.
