Hello,

I have already completed my first project on upwork, the project consists of 2 milestones, each one equals $15.

The client sent me the whole amount($30), however the available amount in my account is only $12!

Could anyone explain me why, knowing that upwork fees are less than the deducted amount!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I've checked your account and can confirm that the payment for the second milestone has been released by the client on 24- April. Please note that when your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. You can also expect the amount to be available on your end on the date section on your Transaction History page.
