Rehires and service fee

I have coupe of questions on new contract, rehire process and the service fee.

1) How long can a contract stay idle for? I stopped working for a client back in October who would like to rehire me beginning of February next year. Can the client hire me under the old contract or a new contract is required?

2) How much will the service fee for the new contract but the same client. I am at the 5% service fee. Will I revert back to 20% service fee if a new contract is created?

If the contract is still open you can use the same one, but you can't reopen a closed contract.

If you open a new contract it will still be at the 5% rate as long as you and the client are both using the same accounts you originally contracted with.
