Reimbursed Connects

Hi,

 

I received separate emails saying that two jobs that I applied to yesterday have been removed from UpWork for violating the terms and conditions of the site.  Will those connects be reimbursed back to me?

 

If so, is the reimbursement automatic, or do I need to contact an UpWork customer service rep?

Hi Devian,
In that case, yes the connects should be automatically reversed. Please wait for a few days (maybe 7-14 days) and If the connects are not reversed within that time, you can contact Upwork support.

I checked your account and the Connects have already been returned! You can check this in your Reports > Connects History.
