Dear Sir,

Thank you for the platform. My question is that when we send a proposal, how can we get notified that the project is awarded to someone other? And secondly is there any second free installment for connects? I mean when my 20 free connects are ended, will I get free connects from Upwork?

If you visit the job post later, you will see the number of hired if the client hire some one or any other activities.
Second, free connects are only for once. Next you have to buy connects. Here is details about connect pricing.

The client has the option of sending that notification to all bidders, but they almost never do.

It doesn't matter, though. Monitoring proposals is just a waste of time and stress on Upwork. Bid and keep moving--don't give a job another thought unless/until the client contacts you.

No, there are no more free connects. You have to buy them for $0.15 each if you want more.
