Hello!
I have a problem with withdrwawing money from my Upwork account. I have set the billing method (PayPal), confirmed the card on PayPal account, verified my Upwork account, and still I am not able to withdraw money from Upwork account to my PayPal account.
Firstly, I recieved an "Payment Confirmation" mail, and after few minutes I recieved "Your payment has been rejected" mail, and money was returned to my Upwork account.
Any idea?
