Rejected withdrawal from Uopwork to Union Bank

I cant withdraw from Upwork to my Union bank acct, it keeps on rejecting my withdrawals. After that I changed it to my previous account with BPI but same issues.What seems to be the problem?

Hi, yes I submitted a ticket already but no reply yet. I just needed to
have this resolved asap as I needed the funds badly. But anyway, thanks
for your response:)
