Removal of feedback

I had a dispute that is already closed after I refunded the client funds.

The feedback score and review is still showing in my profile. How can I have it removed?

I didnt receive any payment and the feedback and review should not appear in my profile.

The feedback and all signs that the contract ever existed will vanish from your profile in a day or two.

The contract's impact on your JSS will remain, however.

Why do you write "Upwork's most recommended freelancer" at the top of your profile?

I'm interested in it too. Does Upwork allow such deception of customers? We need explanations from Upwork employees.

When I try to search my niche in the TALENTS, my profile comes first in the recommendations.

It actually doesn't.

And even if it did, it's still misleading. You want to remove it before you get reported.
