Remove Payoneer Payment Method

Hello,

I had closed the old Payoneer account. Please see the attached here with for the mail I have received By them. I can no longer access the Payoneer account since it's been closed.

Please kindly remove the old payoneer account from UpWork. So that the add to a Payoneer account is visible again.

I have contacted with payoneer for remove payee from my account. They have done from payoneer side. I requested upwork for remove my payoneer payment get way. After the done i will connect a new payoneer account for me. But not removed yet.

Can anyone help me and get me out from this issue.
