Remove feedback from your JSS calculation AND profile

Hi,
 can anyone help me?
I need to know what it means to remove feedback from your JSS calculation AND profile here on Upwork when we request to Remove Feedback from JSS

Hi Vishal,

I would be happy to help. As a Top Rated or Top Rated Plus freelancer, your hard work has earned you the benefit of more control over your profile. This means that you can occasionally request the removal of client feedback. You have two options for removing feedback

• Remove feedback only from your Job Success Score calculation (the public score and comment will remain visible on your profile).
• Remove from your Job Success Score and from your profile (the public score will be hidden and the comment will be replaced by, "This feedback has been removed.").

Is it still Upwork's policy that if a Top Rated freelancer removes a client's feedback that client can also remove the freelancer's feedback for the client?
