I know that "This job was posted from a mobile device, so please pardon any typos or any missing details" has been discussed elsewhere but now it's time to finally remove this message.

Thanks for your suggestion, Ivan. At the moment this messages is shown on job postings that were created using a mobile device to inform users who may view it and may find that information helpful.
We'll share your feedback with the team.

Agree, Ivan. This message sends a message to clients that it is okay to post a job with insufficient information if they're using a mobile device, which is just stupid. A freelancer is no more able to make an intelligent bid on a job without details because that job was posted from a mobile device.
Upwork is undoubtely trying to make it easy for clients to post a job, but since most professional freelancers don't bid on jobs with insufficient details, signalling to clients that it's fine to write an inadequate job posting just sets the client up for a bad experience and inreases the likelihood that he or she will abandon the platform without hiring anyone.

It also allows clients to blame their poor spelling skills on their phones...
