Removed Feedback is visible in public view

I did removed feedback about Build responsive Webflow site with subscription payment functionality project.
But it's still in my public view.

Maybe your request was ignored\rejected. Have removed some feedbacks before, it was gone within 24 hrs.

Have you requested feedback removal in the last 3 months or less than 10 jobs ago?  If so, that might be why it's still there.

If not, you probably need to contact Upwork support directly because maybe they just ignored the request (Just click 'Get Support' and type 'speak to a representative' when that stupid chat bot pops up so you can get straight to a person: One of the few real 'benefits' of being Top Rated 🙂 )

It looks like you were able to file a request and the team just removed the feedback on your profile. Could you please try clearing your browser's cookies? This is what I'm seeing when I visit your profile.

You probably typed 'speak to a representative' on the Get Support button for this Community Forum, which is different from Upwork itself: The 'Get Support' button that shows in the Community forum just gets you 'support' for this social forum, not Upwork itself. 

You have to go to the normal Upwork support link for Upwork itself: support.upwork.com and click Get Support there.   I just tried it again, and it DOES work.
