Renewal Membership Payment Failure

I received an email fromUpwork that my renewal has failed. I haven't changed anything and my info is up to date. I've tried unsuccessfully to notify Upwork but the system isn't getting my message through. Keeps looping back to general or irrelevant questions


How can I email Customer Support directly?


Very frustrating.


Here's email I received:


Hi Alayne,

While trying to renew your Upwork membership plan this month, the $10.00 payment didn't go through.

Until things get sorted out, we've temporarily shifted you from Freelancer Plus to Freelancer Basic. In the meantime you’ll notice some changes, including:

Cap of 60 Connects per month

To once again enjoy the perks of Freelancer Plus membership again, please update your billing method and upgrade your plan. If you’re curious, here’s more info on Upwork membership plans.
