Renewal of connects

My Renewal date of connects is on 5th of every month but this month yet connects haven't been added.

Can you please clarify on this issue.

You need to pay for connects now. There were a multitude of emails regarding that.

As earlier transactions have automatically done & connects added.

Now onwards need to pay manually.

OK, so you are on the Agency Plus Plan. There are no free connects included in the Agency Plus plan any longer. You have to buy them.

Read about it here.

• Agency Plus members will continue to pay the $20 membership plan amount and can purchase Connects at $0.15 each.
  
  
• Connects will be sold in bundles:

• 10 for $1.50
• 20 for $3
• 40 for $6
• 60 for $9
• 80 for $12

Yes i am under agency plan but earlier connects have been automatically added on 5 or 6 th of every month as well as automatic of payments.

But now onwards do i need to purchase it manually.

The membership will continue to be paid automatically, but you have to buy connects on top of the membership.
