Hello!
After having finished all the milestones initially proposed in a project purchased from my project catalog, a client is interested in renewing the contract. Let me explain, the client originally bought an 8-class package and wants to get another package. I asked her how she would like me to proceed. She suggested that we keep the open contract and add new milestones there. I did so and added 8 new milestones.
However, I want to know if can I change the contract's original name and description or if you have any other suggestions on how to proceed.
Thank you!

Hi Luisa,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Neither the freelancer nor the client can change the name of the contract. You can ask your client to create a new contract instead in order to have a more accurate contract name if you would have more milestones for this project.

Hi Luisa,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes! Freelancers can now propose changes to an active milestone’s name, due date, and description, as well as ask to increase the amount. The request is then sent to the client to approve or deny. If approved, any changes will surely apply, and an increase in the milestone amount will be deposited into escrow. Feel free to check this help article for more details.

Hi, Arjay
Thank you for getting back. Could you tell me if freelancers can change a contract's original name? As new milestones were added to the open contract, its name is no longer accurate and doesn't match what was originally agreed on ( i.e. instead of getting an "8-class package", the client will end up getting 16 which doesn't match the title that appears on my profile)
Once again, I very much appreciate your support!
