Hi, could someone tell me how to access an old ticket for some issue that had been shut down temporarily? How do I get in touch with the support team for it?

Hi Bojan,
A few months back, I entered the wrong IFSC code due to which my payment got stuck midway. I approached the Upwork team to solve the problem and was asked for a digital bank statment.
However, at that time I wasn't able to procure the bank statement. I was told that when I have the statement I could get in touch with the team again. I have the statement now.
Could you please help me out?
