Reopen old account

Hi,

A friend of mine joined Upwork as a freelancer a couple of years ago and later closed the account.

Now she would like to rejoin using the same email address she used back then, but she is unable to.

How can I help her to reopen her old account?

Thanks for the respose.

She tried to contact the support, but she was unable to as it required sign-in.

I'll ask her to contact Upwork on either of the platforms.
