Replace the consultant from Upwork support or add one more?

Hi.
Based on Upwork rules in a dispute process, Upwork may only facilitate the discussion and may not make judgments regarding work quality, quantity, or usability.

If it seems like the consultant from Upwork support actually makes judgments, is not paying attention to details, and only support the client, instead of facilitating the discussion.

In such a situation, do we have a possibility to ask Upwork support, to replace the consultant or add one more, who will be more professional?

I have already asked this their support and didn't get any response
