Hi Upwork,
I am writing this on behalf of myself and a minimum of five other freelancers who are all active on Upwork.
Each one of us was found on Upwork. Subsequently either our contracts were cancelled by this client without reason, or if we began to speak to the client off of Upwork, we were refused to have an Upwork contract when we asked. More than one person was refused full payment and one was told they would receive none.
Please advise me where I can privately give more details about this.

You really do not need to talk to someone privately.
Go to the job posting.
Click on the "Three Dots" icon or the "Flag as inappropriate" link button.
Report the client that way.
You may submit details using the free-form text field.
Then you are done.
