Report a disrespectful message

A client sent me an invitation to apply for your post.

I did and when he gave me more information about the project I politely declined because the budget was too low for me.

A month later he responded to my message in a very disrespectful way and blocked me. What can I do?

If the client use insult or disrespectfull word in message you have 100% right to report.

The Upwork Messages tool allows you to click on any message and report it.

You also have the right to not care, and do nothing.

Ditto to what Preston has stated. 

Think of it this way, you declined the project as budget was too low. However you want to waste your time reporting a disrespectful message? Be a duck and let it roll off your back.
