I reported the specific job to Upwork as client had posted 2 job with the same job description. One job was posted in December 2022 which got expired without hiring anyone. Same job with similar job description was again posted in Feb 2023 and again client was again accepting the propsoal.
Unfortunately I applied for the both the job not realising that this is the same client and same job. However, once I reported the Feb 2023 job was closed (probably taken down) and my connect were re-imbursed.
Now again I saw the client posting the job for another position. My point is that "Was posting the similar job and accepting proposal not the violation of Upwork policy by client"? If client have posted 100 job does that mean that violation by him can be overlooked. Hard fact but truth!!

Posting two jobs with the same description is fine. He probably thought everyone who bid sucked and can't find someone good. Happens all the time.
I would, however, like Upwork to tag jobs we've already bid on like the previous client tag when the client renews a job.
