Reporting a client for violating terms

Due to Upwork's prestigious customer support where to report a client, I get sent to the report a client page which then sends me to a community page. Well done Upwork! 

Please tell me how or figure out how to allow me to a report a client for trying to pay me off platform.

The easiest way is to click on "Flag as inappropriate" on the job post, choosing the appropriate reason and giving details in the text field.
