Request for Manual Name Review

I am new to Upwork and tried to add my LLC's banking info. My 1099 is for my LLC and so would like my funds to be deposited into the LLC account and not my personal. I have gone through the steps to request a manual review but it only sends me here, not to actual support. Would love some help with this.
