Request for Return of Escrow Funds

Hello! I had received Request for Return of Escrow Funds. This was contract started in Nov last year (Contract ID 19085397),  funded amout was $60, but as we did not complete full job propose requirement, my client and I agreed to be paid $25 for done job and that was all, no further activity for these client. Because this is my first case of Refund for the remaining $35 from funding amount, i am wondering what will happened if i agree these request. Does that means that only remaining $35 from client funding we'll be returned to the client, or something we'll be payed from me if i gree these request? Thank you! Sincerely Irena Trajkoska

Hi Irena,

Since you and your client have agreed to lower the budged for the milestone you will only need to refund the remaining funds, as you have mentioned $35.

Please make sure that the refund request is not for the full amount and only for the agreed amount.
