Request for Reversal of my Withdrawal

Hi,

I had an issue with my bank in which I reached my monthly "top up" or remittance limit. I tried to ask Upwork agent to help me reverse it, they said they will try in 24 hours, i tried calling again the next day, they said it may take 5 days, then I checked today they said it could take up to 3 weeks. I really wanted to get it for my bills. Is there nothing i can do?
