Request for refund

Hi hope you are all doing great. I come up with a situation where I am confused what should I do. There is a client. I worked for him. After submitting the entire task he said that there is 1% of plagiarism so I am ending contract and requesting a refund. I told him that I will resubmit it with removing that even 1% of plag but no response. I think I put alot of effort in doing task now he is asking a refund just for that 1% of plag where as I am agree to resubmit the work. So now what should I do, should I file a dispute?
