Request of Membership refund

Help!!!!!... How do I request to refund the membership charge? I just got the notification today that it was charged to my Card. I have availed of it last month but didn't even use my connects and I didn't know that upwork will be charging us automatically on this. I do not wish to buy more connects and for sure I won't be using it for more than a year as I got a job from another website. I don't wish to waste my money and my connects, for sure will just expire.  😞
