Request of Payment

Hello everybody

 

My client does not want to activate Manual Time.

How can I send a request for payment to them, please?

Didn't you use the tracker? In that case, you can ask your client to pay you as a bonus, but they don't have to do so.

Hi Petra, no I do not use the tracker. Should I?

What differences does it make?

Clients have never requested it and, if I am honest, I don't really like the idea.

But I am happy to understand it better.

As long as the client wants to pay you don't have to. If the client doesn't want to pay you, you'll wish you had. If a client doesn't pay for your manual hours or disputes them, you don't get paid.

You can get paid, for starters... And have payment protection.

Well, this client did request it because they proactively disabled manual time.
