Request to review my bank account details

Good Day

Recently I have added bank account information to my upwork account. But because of the mismatch of the first part of my name 'Mohammad' my bank account was not added. After that I have changed my name in upwork. And Now I want ask for review of my bank account.
It would be really helpful if you can add my bank details to my upwork account.
