Response Removal

HI .. instead of chatting to enabling change review to client.. i post a request that accidently client reviwed a 4 star instead of 5 star .. client also knows that but she wants to change .... but the thing is it is showing on public feedback .. is there any way to remove that feeback

Hi Avishek,

Thank you for your message. If your client wish to update the feedback left on the contract, you will need to enable the option by clicking the 'Enable client to change feedback' option on your contract page. Check this help page for more information.
