Response drop to zero

Hello. I need help with account settings.

My account has been registered on the Upwork platform for quite a long time. There is active work on it on my part: applications are actively submitted for interesting job posts that correspond to our specialization.

Unfortunately, the account almost does not receive customer responses and invites, the results are close to "0".

Can you please tell me if there are technical or any other reasons for the lack of responses from customers?
What recommendations can you give?
