Response on proposals??

I submitted the proposals for few posted job.Now this blue applied mark appears some of them.What does it mean?propsal accepted, rejected or my connected wasted or on hold?This is the response on my proposals,I don't understand.

That mark means that you have already applied to the job. In other words, you sent a proposal to that job.

No. The blue "applied" mark dos not mean any of those things.

The blue "applied" mark means that you have already submitted a proposal to that particular job posting.
