Restore freelancer account, Not suspended

Dear Upwork Support Team.

My name is Boltaboyeva Nafisa. I have joined Upwork around 9 months ago. Recently, I have been through hard times and stress and unconsciously, with anger decided to close my freelance account which was not suspended.

One of the reasons, my contract with client had been paused by Upwork two times. As a result, I could not get paid and earn money.

For the record, I am still in contact with my client (lead generation project). I am now tracking hours on Hubstaff free account. And client is willing to pay on Payoneer.

But, I would like to work on Upwork and restore my account with it is ratings I earned during the last 9 months.

I believe in Upwork platform and my future with the platform. Can you please check my case and follow-up.

Moreover, I have also pending payment which was not withdrawn.

I am writing with this client account to contact customer support. Hope you will understand
