Restored approved account looks to now be unapproved

My account **Edited for Community Guidelines** was restored today (as I had accidentally closed it earlier in the day). However, it seems that my previously approved account is now not approved stating this message at the top of my screen: "We’ve reviewed your profile and currently our marketplace doesn’t have opportunities for your area of expertise....If you have more relevant skills or experience to add, you can update and re-submit your profile...."


My profile still shows that I have my original 60 connects (as it was before I accidentally closed this account).Can you please confirm if my account / application is approved and if not, can it please be (as before) so that I can submit job proposals?
