Retake a test

I took my first test today however, because of my internet connection, I was not able to answer all of the questions. Whenver the connection would go out, I would try to refresh the page and wait till it comes back and when it does, it tells me the the time is up for the current question and the test proceeds to the next question immediately. I hope I can request a retake for this test. Thanks!
