Hello,
A client of mine was recently charged $800 for my weekly services. They didn't realized they had paid before sending me an additional $800 in the form of a bonus. The bonus money is "pending" and I'd like to return the "bonus money" back to the client. How can I do this? I've called UpWork six times today only to receive a voicemail. Thank you!
