I have problem. I can not transfer money with Upwork Escrow Inc. to my paypal account. I get "Returned Withdrawal". Can you help me please?

 Behadir, Upwork uses something called MassPay to send funds to PayPal accounts. This way of receiving funds is not enabled on all PayPal accounts in all countries. You can contact PayPal and ask them if the ability to receive MassPay payments can be enabled for your PayPal account. If not, you'll have to choose a different withdrawal method.

I used this method for 4 years and everything was ok. But after my card expired.
I have made update for my card, and then there was a problem.

I am after every attempt to transfer money, I got "Payment Methods - Failed - Re-enable". I always go to Re-enable, but the problem is repeated after every attempt transfer money.

You are in Bosnia & Herzegovina, this is a common problem which freelancers from your entire region face often. It is probably connected to the MassPay matter and that can only be fixed on PayPal's side. Please see my previous response.

 The only other thing I can think of is that your PayPal account became unverified when your card expired, and needs to be verified for the new card from PayPal's side again.

In this case, also, you need to contact PayPal. Upwork can only send funds to fully verified PayPal accounts.

It'll be one or the other. Contact PayPal.
