Hi, I have an issues with the payment to my bank acount (Lima Perú), always is returned, the agency Upwork use to pay me (www.jetperu.com.pe) said they have incomplete information (my DNI), and they can pay me without this info.

Is the 3rd time this happen

All my info is complete in the upwork form.

How can fix this?
