Returned withdrawal issue

Hi, thank you so much for your reply. I went through the transaction history and I detected that there is no returned withdrawal with Ref.  276798542 on Dec 30, 2019. 

I haven't received this money yet since my old Payoneer Account was blocked. Thanks, Makara
