Returning Connects

Hello all, 

I have noticed unusual in my profile. Normally, when a client rejects the proposal, I get the returned number of connects which, unfortunately, I hardly receive extra connects from the client who rejects my proposal. Is this a new policy? For instance, if I apply for a job for 10 connects and the proposal is rejected, I should receive 10 connects back but it has been used up. Don't you think Upwork should consider this matter?

Nope. Connects were never returned before when a client rejects proposal. When client or upwork takes down a job post, we get connects back and when we win an interview, we get connects back.

You cannot get connects back when win interview as well. It may be assigned as bonus but not always.
