Revert JSS Score ? Is it possible ?

I have completed 10 Jobs on Upwork 9 of y clients gave me 5 star and the last one 10th client Give me very poor ratings, I am not understanding this why they create this poor feedback, I deliver their all things,.

After this client very poor ratings, my Profile JSS sudden drops to 76% 

I am too much worried, now please can any one guide me how can I remove this client review and revert my JSS score.

Hi Ahsan,

Feedback can only be disputed or removed in a few cases, when a full refund is issued, when a Top Rated freelancer uses the perk or when it's in violation of ToS. Please see this Community post for more information about Upwork feedback system.

It's entirely possible for freelancers to improve their JSS and we've seen some examples of that here in the Community. As long as you do great work for your clients and receive great feedback, your score will climb. For more tips, please see "How Can I improve my score?" section in this help article.
