Review Disappeared

Three of my customer reviews have disappeared and it lowered my success score. What happened to the reviews? My success score was 100% 3 months ago and now it is at 78% and I have not had any new clients.

Do you have any contracts that have been open for 2-3 months with nothing ever paid?

Or fully refunded contracts?

Could you please confirm the Contract IDs where the feedback the feedback has disappeared?

Regarding your Job Success Score, since you have not been active on Upwork in a while, there is not enough jobs to calculate your Job Success Score from which is why your Job Success Score may have changed. You may read more about why your score may have changed in this help article.
