Review Removal for Top Rated Freelancers

I have a question related to feedback removal for Top Rated Freelancers.

Is it possible to remove a review as a top-rated freelancer even if I don't have 10 closed contracts yet?
I’ve never used this “perk” before.

According to this article, it looks like I would be able to, but I wanted to check just to be sure that I can.

No. All requirements must fit. 10 contract as well.

But if you didnt used it before then maybe it will works. 10 need to use it next time. You can send request.
